Job Description
- Proactive support to the Group Chief Risk Officer;
- Manage the agenda of the Group Chief Risk Officer;
- Answer calls, manage emails and liaise with internal departments and external parties as appropriate;
- Act as the main point of contact between the Group Chief Risk Officer, the R&C Office and employees and facilitate internal communication;
- Actively participate to key projects;
- Organize and coordinate business trips;
- Organize internal and external meetings;
- Prepare presentations, reporting and other supporting documents for internal and external meetings;
- Copy, scan and fax documents and take notes or minutes at meetings when required;
- Manage internal and external correspondence as well as mail and courier services as needed;
- Manage expenses and credit card;
Qualifications
- Holder of an Executive Assistant certificate, a professional maturity or an equivalent diploma;
- Significant experience as an assistant to senior executives (minimum of 10 years);
- Extensive experience in creating documents and spreadsheets, using office software such as MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint ;
- Advanced typing, note-taking and organizational skills;
- Conscientious, autonomous, proactive, precise, efficient, organized and discrete;
- Very good stress and priority management skills;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
- Fluent in French and English, other languages an asset.
