They are intended solely for use by the normal or ordinary user of the e-mail or instant message address(es) to which the email or instant message has been addressed. If you are not the named addressee you must not disseminate, distribute, amend, copy or otherwise act on the contents, including any attachments, of the e-mail or instant message. Please notify the sender immediately by e-mail if you have received an e-mail or instant message by mistake and immediately delete the e-mail or instant message from your system. You may also be asked to confirm that the e-mail or instant message received in error has been deleted from your system and/or that you have not made any unauthorised use, disclosure, distribution or copying of the e-mail or instant message.
